1. Punctuality

• ​If the student cancels within less than two hours of the lesson time, then the lesson is counted nonetheless. Otherwise, please reschedule as soon as possible.
• The lessons must start and finish on time.​
• The teacher will wait for 15 minutes after the start time of the lesson. Afterwards, the teacher may or or may not take the lesson.
